1. When did you first start doing tattoos?
I did my first tattoo when I was 15, that means 8 years ago, and that’s when the tattoo story began.
Well, first of all, the most important thing is to keep both the equipment and the place where you tattoo completely sterile.
An interesting question! You see, some time after you get your first tattoo, a month, two or a year, you come across a new motif, or a new tattoo and you want to have it put on your skin. Then after you get your second tattoo, you come for another one and say: “Hey, they say it’s bad to have 2 tattoos! You gotta have either one or three!” Ha-ha, so you get a third. So, when you look at it in general, and think about whether you’ll stop at the firs one, it seems kind of weird, doesn’t it? Therefore, before getting a tattoo, think about it – either one or three,‘cause after the third one, you never know.
No, I have never done that, because whenever somebody walks into the studio, they come with the intention of getting a tattoo and all I can do is to help them find the right motif. It all depends on the person’s style.
5. What is your favourite style?
Well there are a large number of different tattoo styles. For example, the New Yorker American flashes are very interesting, but people in our country are not yet familiar with this style, so they don’t like it very much. Then the black-and-white and colour styles are also great and comprise all kinds of motifs.
6. Are there any possible complications after the tattooing?
Yes! There can be many serious complications. If, after getting a tattoo, you don’t take proper care of the tattooed area, it might fertilize. Also, bathing in dirty or salty water and applying different kinds of skin-creams and ointments are only some of the numerous ways that can lead to skin complications after getting a tattoo.
Unfortunately, yes, there still are.
8.How should we choose our tattoo?
Ha-ha, well, you sit at the table and start browsing the catalogues (kidding). Of course, you have to give some advice or a direction to the person who wants a tattoo, though, I’ll say it again, it all depends on the person’s style, and everybody has their own style and ideas.
No! There have been some occasions, but I haven’t accepted to tattoo them because of various reasons, for example, something unwanted might happen during the tattooing process.
10. Which are the most painful tattooing spots?
Hum, well, for men the most painful are the chest, the upper leg, the inner side of the upper arm and the spinal column. While for women the most painful are the upper arm, the chest, the spinal column and the waist.
11. What kinds of tattoos are most wanted?
All kinds. Everyone comes with their own wishes and ideas for their tattoos. There are many various styles, such as Chinese letters, tribals, roses, skeletons, demons… and many others.
12. Is there any difference between male and female tattoos?
Yes, there is, but some people don’t pay attention to it. Nowadays everybody chooses different motifs.
I can’t really say, both men and women get tattoos.
WOMEN!!!
There are new styles and new equipment.
Unfortunately, yes, there are.
17. Is there guaranteed discretion in your studio?
Yes, absolutely.
18. Do you agree with your customers when they choose a readymade tattoo from the Internet or do you try to persuade them to create their own idea or a personal symbol?
Everybody has the right to choose their own tattoo; I accept styles and ideas from everyone,
nomatter whether they bring their own motifs or ask for my help.
19. What would you like to recommend to all those who want to get a tattoo?
Every person who wants to get a tattoo should carefully choose the place and the tattooer, should also check whether the area where he/she will be tattooed is sterile, whether the tattooer uses professional equipment, etc
